    Dr Evil Asking Start Up Questions I see...

    I saw this on a social networking site.  I won't embarrass the person with a link.

    How would you build the next online/offline video business model with 10 million dollars?

    Hmmm...  I have this vision of Dr Evil and his "one million dollars" when I read things like this.

    Having had a million pounds to spend on a start up once, I know roughly what it gets you and I'm not keen on trying to reinvent industries which are hell bent on one direction for that kind of money.

    I suggest the person posing the question looks up how much money Google are losing with YouTube.

    I don't really see the appeal of going for horizontal markets like this as a start-up, let alone ones with the underpants gnome business model.
